Who We Are

Our mission at The Bible Church is simple.

We seek to become and to make disciples of Jesus Christ. We strive for this mission by committing ourselves to three core values: being Spirit-Led, Bible-Centered, and Discipleship-Focused.

  • We are empowered to live a life pleasing to God through the Holy Spirit. We want God’s Spirit to lead and guide us in our daily lives and in our church so we may best represent the life of Jesus Christ.

  • The Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and perfectly preserved Word of God, so it is our only authority for what we believe and how we live. We want the Bible to be the foundation of everything we do so we may live according to God’s plan for us.

  • Jesus’ final commandment before His ascension was to make disciples of all nations. Our primary goal is to be disciples and disciple-makers for Jesus, fulfilling His mission for us.

Meet Our Lead Pastor
E. Kade Wilson, MDiv 

Pastor Kade and Lorisa both grew up in pastors’ homes and were raised in and around pastoral ministry. After years of combined ministry experience, they felt a call from God to return to Sheridan to assist The Bible Church in fulfilling God’s mission. Pastor Kade assumed the role of Lead Pastor in 2025.

Meet Our Legacy Pastor  
Harrell T. Wilson

Pastor Wilson and Rebecca have served The Bible Church since 1979. Under their ministry, the church has served the town through numerous avenues, such as bus ministry and Sheridan Christian Academy–Preschool. Pastor Wilson assumed the role of Legacy Pastor in 2025.
